Responsible sourcing is at the core of who we are here at Blue Sushi Sake Grill, and through our Conscious Earth program, we have made the commitment to be fully transparent with our guests on what we serve and how we serve it while reducing our footprint, building a better food system, and influencing others to make more Earth-conscious decisions.

This summer, help us keep the Earth 'Blue' by enjoying these limited time offerings including two new responsibly sourced sashimi dishes paired with ocean-themed cocktails! As a part of our continued efforts in making a positive impact on our world's shared waters, we will be donating $1 of each item sold to our friends and partners at Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch®!
